主人公の序盤から肉体・容姿の上では完全に女体化した状態。でも精神的には男。
原因の新薬の製薬会社の監視協力の下で元の学校・クラスに復帰する。
だから事情は周りに知られている状態。

作者は前々からTSモノが描きたかったらしい。
次第に女性化（この場合精神的に？）していくのがﾊｧﾊｧだそうな。
