＞特許と同じで早い物勝ち
違うって。独自に創作したら後先関係なくどちらもオリジナル。
つーか、そう（早い者勝ちと）信ずるやつが提言騒動起こした。
もちろん読んだ上で真似たのなら別だが、そう断言できるだけの証拠が必要だな。

あと、保護されるのは表現であって、アイデアレベルじゃ保護されないよ。
